Refund Policy



At YourFreeMeds.com, we want you to feel 100% confident in using our pharmacy services. That is why we offer a 30-day no-hassle returns policy. Here's how it works: If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason at all, simply call our customer service representatives at 1-800-431-1660 within 30 days of delivery* and please explain as to why would you like to return the product in order for us to improve. You may also contact us by email at support@rxclub.cr.

IMPORTANT: You must contact us prior to returning a product. A refund will not be issued without proper return authorization from one of our customer service representatives.

No returns will be accepted after 30 days.

Refunds will be processed within 7 business days of receiving the returned item. You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (10 to 14 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 7 business days), and the time it takes your bank or credit card company to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days). We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.

Order Cancellation

In the event that you want to cancel your order, please make sure to contact us within 48 hours after purchasing your product. This will give us time to cancel the shipping before being dispatched.
After an order has been shipped, we cannot cancel the shipment. You will need to return the product in order for us to process your refund.

Shipping Address

If you notice any mistake or error in your shipping address, please contact our support team immediately so we can correct your shipping address.

Don't be fooled by other 'refund' policies that:
- offer to refund you 100% of the value of the product. YourFreeMeds.com offers you a refund of 100% of your original purchase price. There is a difference.
- offer to credit your account. We put the money back in your hands so you can decide if you want to buy from us again. A credit on your account is no good to you if you don't want to buy anything from that company.

* the delivery date will be set as no longer than 10 days from the original date in which the product was shipped from the pharmacy.
